Turn any event timeline or task list into a template with the duplicate tool. Not all that much to say other than to try it yourself. Here’s how to duplicate an event in ThymeBase.
When adding a new event to ThymeBase, you don’t need to begin from scratch. You could duplicate a previous event, and use it as a template. You could also take an existing event, rename it as a template, make a few edits and archive it until you’re ready to spin up a new event from it. Here’s how.
Step 1: Click on the kebab menu
From your event dashboard, click on the three little dots you’ll see in the top right corner of the event card.

Step 2: Select duplicate

Step 3: Enter the details of your new event
Now, all you’ll need to do is enter a new name, and, if you’d like, the other details. But here’s where it gets really cool…
If you enter a new event date, ThymeBase can recalculate all your task due dates around the new event.
And that’s all there is to it. You’ve turned a previous event into a clonable template.
